These blinds are wonderful. The way they look, the way they go up and down. Oh and did I metion the customer support is the best ever ! Check out my video I included. The way it goes up and down is soooo cool. Easy to install, Screw in the brackets and the blind snap in very easy, and the price compared to Blnds to go or any of the others is so much less !!!

I have to be honest, programming it when to stop at top, bottom or even the middle as you can see in my video was a bit tricky but their support is the bomb! Plus they have step by step videos.

Took about 15 minutes to install. Does a great job blocking out the light, with zebra blinds open, it lets in enough light, but keeps peeping eyes out.
Easy to use with remote, or with Apple HomeKit. Works great!

First I will say Vass was a great customer service representative who answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I recieved my zebra blinds quicker than expected especially since I'm in Hawaii. I ordered February 25th and recieved today March 10th; even though my expected said no later than a date in April.. I believe the black zebra blinds is a great upgrade from my white vertice blinds I originally had. I ordered the black with black valance and metal bar on bottom. I went with an outter installation with customization of 82' w and 80'l for my double glass slider door in livingroom. I love the adhesive/magnetic remote for the wall and gives an over all luxury effect. No more messing with stuck vertices blinds and the snapping from constant movement. I can now view my whole yard with no interference

This is my 2nd purchase and I'm very happy with my order.These blinds were an indoor mount. My first purchase the company had sent me a message and recommended taking off a little bit, I can't remember now how much probably two or 3/18 of an inch because of it being an indoor mount, just in case and I followed their recommendation, which is the only thing I regret because there was a little too much space than I would have liked between the blinds and the window frame. So this time around, I just put in my notes that I wanted the exact measurements that I gave and not to subtract anything and it was perfect and just the way I wanted it to look. Just make sure you measure correctly and have it to the exact measurements that you want.I took three measurements, I measured the top of my window, the middle and the bottom and took the smallest of the three for the width. The same for the height I took three measurements, the left right and center and used the smallest one.The blinds are pricey, so it is a splurge for me. I wish I could get them for my whole house, but we are just getting them one at a time for now as we can afford it. They look great and are easy to install. Quality is great and noise is very minimal when opening and closing. I have these installed in front of my house which gets the most sun and the light blocking is great.

I just love my blind, easy to install, it gives you a rich look to any room with just one little pull to open and close. I used it for my quaint size bathroom!!! and the color dark grey matches perfectly.You cannot see any shadows from the outside view!!!! Now a friend wants one and the the sizes are accurate! and affordable!!!

I had a small dent on the frame, it wasn't even noticeable. I recently got hurricane impact windows and French doors installed. I wish I could afford to put these blinds in all my windows in the house. I didn't want to drill on my newly installed French doors I did a outside mount which overlap on both sides evenly. The other window by my front door I did a inside mount. It was so easy to install right out the box. It is important to get your measurement correct, follow the instructions on measuring and they arrive perfect to size. The only 2 things, I wanted to mentioned is if your size is larger the 60 they recommend a center bracket. I thought it was automatically included but buy a extra bracket for recommend support. My personal opinion is not necessary because unit is lightweight not heavy at all. The other thing was I struggled to understand how to make sure remote doesn't control both windows. It was on my part. My son understood how to pair each remote separately. Everything working fine. I plan on having all my windows in the house with these blinds little by little when the financial economy improves. I almost forgot to mention, the customer service is excellent. They called prior to customizing blinds, when they completed, and a few days after I received them.
