It ONLY took nine days from the day I placed the order till I received them. It was custom made from China. It was very quick service. The quality was good and easy to install. I have to give it a five star.
The blinds have been functioning flawlessly, the packaging and delivery and service were excellent.

I've had cheap motorized vertical blinds before, and the worst part was the constant noise when they moved. These are completely silent! The high-quality tracks ensure smooth operation, and the slats don't clatter in the wind. Such a small detail that makes a huge difference!

Finally, motorized vertical blinds that survive my toddler and cat! The slats are durable and don��t snap easily, and the cordless design is a huge safety plus. Even when my little ones tug on them, they stay intact. Easy to wipe clean, too. A must-have for busy households!

A helpful tool for anyone who is limited in mobility but desires independence. Having a remote control to open and close blinds without having to ask someone to do it for you is mentally freeing and rewarding. My mom loves these and so do I! Yes they were easy to install and the light blocking feature is fantastic.

The blinds open and close smoothly and quietly, even when controlled by voice. I chose the 3-Layer White option, and it blocks light evenly while still looking crisp and refined.

Using the app to open and close the blinds is incredibly convenient. Linen Grey looks soft and elegant, and it pairs well with both modern and classic interiors.

Looks very elegant. Installs relatively easy if you are familiar with some simple DIY. The remote functions work well. Integration with the TUYA app is not the best. The TUYA app works well, however when trying to make google voice to work, the rotate/open/close using percentage (i.e. partial movements) are not implemented.
I got the motor delivered on the wrong side of the rail. I contacted Blindify customer service and they sent me a replacement rail with the correct mounting for the motor with my next order of blinds. I am not sure what they would have done if I don't have more orders. Their customer service is remarkably responsive to the messages I sent through Amazon messaging.

The tilting function is very precise—I can fine-tune the light exactly how I want. The Texture Light Beige finish adds warmth without making the room feel heavy.

The smart open-and-close function works flawlessly with Alexa. I love adjusting the blinds without touching them. The Sparkling Silver color looks clean and modern, especially in natural light.

I have been using these blinds for a year or so now. The installation instructions left much to be desired (If 4.5 star rating was available I would have rated it so for this reason), but the product has been working well after I got over the install hurdle. My family greatly appreciates how they function, and how when we are away the blinds open and close themselves based on our time settings.
