We bought & self installed Blindify vertical sheer blinds about 2 months ago and so far so good… First great communication with the vendor to ensure proper sizing prior to manufacturing & shipping the product. Secondly, it was properly packaged to reduce damage which is extremely important due to sheer material plus they’re motorized so the tracks have to be securely packaged. Since we were just replacing old motorized blinds its installation was straight forward but even if it was first time, installation is relatively easy!
The product itself looks GREAT and they work as designed. We were also able to link the blinds to a mobile APP from another blind brand which allows opening/closing the blinds via our mobile phone. I do wish that Blindify considers developing an APP for future electric/Bluetooth products as well as expanding to more blind products such as elongated arch blinds, etc.: only suggesting this because we had to purchase from two blind sellers due to this limitation. Also, since the blinds are custom made, please consider orders requiring longer widths vs capping it at 157” - we REALLY needed 160” - though we made the 157” work!
Regardless, I would definitely order again from Blindify & highly recommend them!

I got custom blinds made and they are more amazing than I could‘’ve ever expected. I was worried about ordering, and in the end, I‘’d order from them over and over again and I highly recommend. Not only did it take only one person to install, but the clean, modern look completely sets the look of my entire living room. Open or closed, they are BEAUTIFUL. I only wish they had a lever to switch to manual (if needed), but thus far, the automation has been working and the remote is simple to understand. All in all, you won‘’t be disappointed. Oh and the customer service has been great too. :)

Installation Instructions are horrible but email support was great

The blinds are very nice. They are a little tricky to put together but customer service was very responsive to our needs. We were missing some screws but they sent them out right away.
C
Very well designed and solid good build quality, works and looks great.
Customer service was quick and useful responses - very helpful (had couple minor issues - I measured wrong, and fabric was too long, but they gave easy instructions to correct issue)

We had to do quite a bit of additional work to get it installed as the framework wasn‘’t wide enough for the blinds. We had to add more wood so that the blinds could move easily. Now they are beautiful and work so well. I love them. They block the light nicely.

After receiving the vertical blind from Blindify, I followed the instructions very easily and completed the installation. Note that if it is a spliced track opened from the middle, be sure to fix the pulley with screws on one side of the track, as indicated in the instruction manual.
We have a large floor to ceiling window. This vertical blind fits perfectly in my bedroom and I am very satisfied with the look and feeling of the operation.
