Perfect fit with the customer service help.

Very nice product. Hung relatively easily. Allows perfect amount of light in while blocking a lot of sun. Motorized shades are perfect for my needs.

These blinds transformed my kids room! I was worried the motor was going to be loud. The motion is smooth and it's very quiet. Transparency of the blinds are perfect, letting in enough light during the day. Customer service reached out to me when I placed my order. They suggested the proper measurements and I'm glad they did. I got the basic motor with the USB hub and it was a bit of a pain to set up and get the blinds programmed. I suggest spending more for the Ziggby or matter motor.

These light filtering shades are 60% blackout so for us it was just enough to darken the room but not so much where it feels like night time. This video is in the morning around 10am you can see how it shuts the light out. we purchased the regular blindify motor and it��s not loud it does take about 30 seconds to go all the way down but it works just fine. Shipping was fast and properly protected. The only thing I would change is the length of the blind is probably about 1/4 inch too long so when it reaches the end it curves a tiny bit. So just be very precise about your measurements. Customer service was extremely helpful anytime I reached out so overall awesome product.

Excellent motorized shades and customer service

I looked almost everywhere for a motorized solar shade that would work via the Tuya app as well as match our walls and yet not be too expensive. I also needed solar support to keep the unit charged as I have high windows that I could not easily plug a cable into to recharge.
I first ordered the swatches to match the room color and determine the type of fabric.
I selected a nice 5% beige and ordered after making measurements.
The blinds came fast via DHL with a heavily reinforced shipping box.
The instructions were easy to follow and I paired the blinds with my app and remote easily.
Installation was simple with just a couple brackets for the shade and solar mount.
I had a question about the solar panel and was surprised to find that after an inquiry I was called back by customer service to discuss -- wow, that's great customer service!
The blinds look great, work great and are priced well.
I plan to order more as this purchase has been outstanding.
