Motorized Natural Woven Bamboo Shades - Coastal Craft Collection
This shade is absolutely beautiful and a great value. I have purchased and installed many shades over the years, and this one really impressed me. I installed it at my beach house over the kitchen sink where I have three large windows with strong afternoon sunlight. Since the windows are tall and hard to reach, I chose the motorized option.
I ordered it with a liner but not blackout because I wanted to reduce the sunlight while still keeping my kitchen bright. For bedrooms, I would recommend choosing the blackout liner. Instead of installing three separate inside-mount shades, I decided to use one large outside-mount shade for all three windows. It was more affordable with only one motor and one remote, and it creates a beautiful seamless look.
The shade is 100 inches wide and came with five brackets for installation. My husband and I installed it ourselves, and programming was simple. I love that you can set custom upper and lower limits so the shade stops exactly where you want it. I also mounted the remote nearby for easy access.
I chose Blindify because they offer sample books, which helped me find the perfect woven fabric to match my home style. The quality is excellent, and I absolutely love how it looks in my kitchen.
One thing to note: the shade uses multiple cords on the back to lift and lower the fabric. One cord needed a small adjustment after installation, which I was able to fix since I’m comfortable with DIY projects. If you’re not familiar with motorized shades, customer support would likely be helpful. Overall, this is a beautiful, high-quality shade that I would definitely recommend.
Beautiful blinds, beyond my expectations. Good quality, delivery in a timely manner and came in exactly as specified in terms of measurements.
We got the electrical ones and couldn’t be happier. I would totally recommend. Also we wanted complete privacy as this is in our front door; it does the job perfectly.
I have a very tall window in my foyer, and this electric bamboo hemp shade solved my problem completely! No more struggling with cords or ladders. The remote control is a lifesaver. The shade provides a lovely, dappled light effect and great privacy. The build quality is excellent, and it was easy to install myself.
Upgrading to this Electric Bamboo Shade was one of the best decisions for my home. The convenience is unmatched. I have it set on a timer to create the perfect wake-up routine. The bamboo and hemp material is high-quality and looks even better in person than in the photos. A flawless 5-star experience from order to delivery.
These shades are fantastic! I’ve been searching for affordable smart shades for my home for years, and Blindify finally delivered. The woven bamboo fabric looks beautiful and feels high quality, while the Zigbee motor works perfectly with my Home Assistant setup right out of the box.
Compared with the vinyl roller shades I previously purchased, these are a huge improvement. Installation was much easier with just two brackets and screws, and the shades are much lighter since the motor lifts the fabric with a string system instead of rolling the entire shade material around a tube.
One tip: make sure to measure the height carefully. These shades look best when fully closed, as adjusting them slightly below full closure can cause some fabric puckering. The included remote also makes it easy to set custom upper and lower positions. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the quality, smart features, and value.
I’ve struggled with complicated blinds before, but these bamboo shades were a total game-changer. Installation was incredibly straightforward—took me less than 10 minutes from unboxing to hanging. Everything you need is in the box, and the instructions actually make sense. The Driftland fabric is the star of the show; it looks so authentic and high-quality. Highly recommend!
I never realized how much a window treatment could change the entire mood of a space until I installed these. The bamboo texture adds a warm, organic feel that you just don't get with mass-produced blinds. It feels like a handcrafted piece of decor. My favorite part is the way it diffuses the afternoon sun—it creates the softest, most inviting glow in my living room. Plus, the hardware feels solid and built to last.
I finally decided to replace my old, flimsy blinds with these bamboo woven shades, and the difference is night and day. The natural texture is simply stunning, bringing an organic warmth and a sophisticated, custom-tailored feel to the entire room. It’s rare to find a product that combines this level of quality with such a high-end look.
These bamboo roman shades are impressively well-engineered. The lift mechanism is super smooth and, unlike cheaper options, it actually stays exactly where you put it without slipping. It feels sturdy and reliable for daily use. If you’re looking for something that looks great but also functions perfectly, this is it.
I considered roller shades, but the woven wood look is on another level. It feels more organic and adds a much softer, elevated vibe to the room.
Connected these to Alexa and it works great. I can raise or lower them with my voice and set schedules for day and night—super convenient.

- After unboxing, simply install the brackets and hang the shade. No additional adjustments are required—the shade will operate normally once installed.
- Please refer to our installation instruction for step-by-step guidance.
- To ensure smooth operation, avoid adjusting the lift mechanism located behind the shade.
- These shades are crafted from natural materials, which may develop slight color changes over time—this is a normal and expected characteristic.
- Finished shades may vary slightly from sample swatches in color and texture.
- As natural fibers grow and are woven in unique ways, variations in length, thickness, and curvature may occur, making each woven shade one of a kind.
- Edge binding is recommended to help secure the woven edges. Without edge binding, minor fiber shedding may occur; if so, simply trim any loose strands as needed.
- For outside-mount installations, optional side covers are recommended for a more finished look
- Due to the construction, unlined shades may create soft, organic shadows during daylight hours
