Order Processing Time
After your order is placed, we immediately begin customizing and carefully packaging your shades. Production and packaging typically take 3–7 business days, depending on the product. Our warehouse operates Monday–Saturday during standard business hours, excluding holidays.
Shipping Time & Carriers
We offer free worldwide shipping via trusted carriers mainly including UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, DPD.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package in real time.
After processing and leaving our warehouse, your order typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on the product and destination.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to location, customs, weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

*Due to customization and shipping requirements, all Pergola orders are shipped by sea, with a total production and transit time of approximately 30-60 days.
Delivery Restrictions

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All international duties, taxes, and fees are included in the final price at checkout.

No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
Order Modification & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Custom or in-production items cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

Inspect your items upon delivery. If your package is damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receipt.

For lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, our support team will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

Keep all packaging and photos of the item for claims processing.
