Standard Limited Warranty
Blindify® provides a 3-year limited warranty covering motors, control systems, and components, starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and remains valid under normal residential use throughout the ownership period.
If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty term, Blindify, at its discretion, will:

Repair the defective product or part at no cost, or

Replace the product or affected component at no cost, or
-
Refund the purchase price of the product
Important: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products installed in the originally specified windows for which they were custom made.
What Is Covered
Shipping Damage

Damage incurred during shipping, provided it is reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please do not discard original packaging until you receive further instructions from our support team.
Manufacturing & Workmanship Defects

Defects related to fabrics, motorization systems, hardware, or accessories, provided the product was:

Properly installed

Used according to Blindify’s installation and operation guidelines

During the warranty period, Blindify will determine the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).
What Is Not Covered
Normal Wear and Tear

Plastic components may yellow or crack over time
-
Fabrics, slats, and vanes may fade or change color naturally
-
Natural materials (including but not limited to wood, bamboo, and reeds) may show variations in grain, texture, or color
-
Wood slats may warp or crack in environments with high heat or humidity
Accelerated aging test results are based on Blindify internal laboratory testing.
Improper or Inappropriate Use

Incorrect installation, operation, or cleaning

Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized alterations
-
User-performed modifications
-
Exposure to salt air or corrosive environments

Commercial or extraordinary use beyond normal residential conditions
Accidental or External Damage

Damage caused by children, pets, or insects

Damage resulting from accidents or natural disasters
Blindify Extended Motor Warranty
In addition to the standard warranty, Blindify offers an optional extended motor warranty for custom indoor blinds and shades:

Extend to 4 years: $39

Extend to 5 years: $49
This extended coverage applies exclusively to motor components and begins from the original purchase date.
